  1. Andrey, I do understand your intensions about the FON, but I am a part of the team providing the coverage and just a note, we do something different not host-spots

  2. Dear Guest,
I am sure your technologies are all good and also the business model is probably very effective. I have nothing against it! And honestly, I do not care too much about the connectivity provider for the Event mentioned in my article. I can't stand exactly the “decreto Pisanu”, the thing that does not allow Italy to walk along with its European/worldwide neighbors and keeps this country “too traditional” also in the technological sector :(
And about the FON there is only that I believe this project could help Italy to forget the nightmare of being technologically so much delayed. Only this thing, nothing else. I do not pretend to compare technologies, companies or their business models, and also it's not a payed advertisement for FON :) I support it since I believe it's the “right” thing (as OpenSource, as Linux, as MilanIN, and so on).

  3. Andrey, as I said, I do understand your intentions, and if not because of the same ones, then at least because I had to work really hard here, I do also dislike Pisanu.

What I was trying to say, is that Stefano compares two different things (may be even three), which demonstrates at least technological incompetence  if not ignorance.

  4. Probably you're right about Stefano, but I do not want to judge anybody here :)

You may also want to write a comment to the original article of Stefano in his Blog, the one I was commenting here

btw, I did not REALLY know it's about your thing he writes, trust me, I am not joking!
