I think Marco Marzagalli is “the most concrete” of the others MilanIN Org-Team Members, and he is also one of the few people I know in Italy, that are not only able to make born some new ideas (most Italians are great to invent the things!), but also to bring the dreams to life!
This time however Marco has surprised me, and that was a very pleasant surprise...
We're since recently discussing to introduce an ethics and behavioral policy for MilanIN Club, and a day ago Marco told us “give me one day and I'll come back with a draft/vision of that document”. The first nice thing was that somebody has finally taken initiative to “try to realize this idea” (not an easy one!), and also because having promised to come back soon with a draft, the same evening there was ready an article from Marco!
I AM PROUD TO WORK IN THE SAME TEAM WITH MARCO!
The same is true about the most MilanIN co-founders and important Org-Team Members, but this particular fanfare is dedicated to Marco Marzagalli :=)
The important point is that I do not pretend to introduce now here the “MilanIN ethics manifesto” (as I liked to call the first draft of the future MilanIN behavioral and ethics policy), since the project is still under heavy discussions and also because it's not my creature.
