It's never too late for Windows Mobile? Personally I think this OS should close and hopefully will disappear soon, however Microsoft has just launched its own Mobile App Store called... "WINDOWS® MARKETPLACE FOR MOBILE", http://developer.windowsmobile.com/Marketplace.aspx
- Marketplace will be pre-installed in every single Windows Mobile 6.5 device allowing you to reach a broad audience.
- In order to publish and distribute your applications on the Windows Marketplace for Mobile, you’ll need to create a vendor account with Microsoft. After your account is set up, you’ll be able to submit your applications for inclusion in the Marketplace catalog.
Just after all its major competitors (Apple's App Store, Android Market, Nokia's OVI),- now welcome Windows Mobile to the Global Distribution! it's better late than never.
