Roberto, "non funziona" e' quando provi qualche servizio e non funziona :) se hai chiesto il numero ma non ti e' ancora arrivata una conferma di attivazione, allora questo e' un altro problema (di "service provisioning"). Speriamo che funzioni anche per te...
