The first work-shop on "Strategy Innovation" for MilanIN with Marcello del Bono
As the first step towards improving Strategical Management at MilanIN, Marcello del Bono's initiative I was recently writing about, a work-shop dedicated to Strategical Vision took place two days ago at the new office of MilanIN.
It was a co-founders level intervention aimed to help us summarizing and verifying that the Strategy, Vision, Mission and the other stragegical milestones are well defined and properly shared between all members of the Org-Group of MilanIN.
I liked very much the style of Marcello's course and exercises: it's very practical unlike the most others approaches to teach Strategical Management (which are more "academical"). It's also directed to Execution of Strategy, not only its development and/or analysis. We spoke about such basic concepts as Strategy development and sharing, effective organizational structure, its maintenance and improvement, Vision/ Mission/ Slogan, finding a proper market niche, competition analysis and “co-petitors” (competitors that collaborate), assets, budget and so on.
I am sure that this first and the future interventions of Marcello del Bono will help us managing this unusual and complex project more effectively.
And we'll be also working with Marcello on setting up a special affiliation program for MilanIN Members decided to attend his course.
