Italy is a “long” country :) so Rome is far enough from Milan. But it's very nice that the ideas of MilanIN put us together even if one lives in Rome and we're in Milan!
The Yesterday's host of MilanIN was a recent Member living and working in Rome, and the person very interested to accelerate the launch of Rome's node of Social Business Networking "al-MilanIN". We're very glad that time to time the people push us with the territorial expansion, and we (the Org-Committee) are now extremely concentrated on this.
It's a very good sign for all our MilanIN-ers from Roma: please contact us for further information
Hi, I am from Rome too. I am an italian journalist, working at the central desk in the newspaper Il Messaggero. I consider myself an ITC illitterate, but I am very interested in all these new means of communications and especially in the labour market for young people. Also, i heard about LinkedIn and browsing around found myself here...by the way, why write in English if we are all Italian?! Anyway, that's not a problem. In my spare time (you don't know how spare this is!) I keep a blog on the new labour market and the problems of young temporary workers and have also written a book "Precari e contenti", by Marsilio, which is coming out on the 12th of september. So, that's it for the moment. Tell me if you think we could collaborate in any way...

Angela,
Big thanks for your message! It would be nice to hear each other directly, although I do not have your contact details and I could not find your record on LinkedIn ("Angela Padrone", right?).
For why do I write in English and that here all are Italians- it's easy: my Italian is still not so good (I am bielorussian myself) although I write lots of articles also in Italian (always expecting that somebody will show me my mistakes). So for more or less serious things I prefer English, and it's also because when I/anyone writes in English- it's for the whole world (Google will bring it to everybody), otherwise the info will have restricted audience ;)
+ why did you decide that here there are only Italians? That's not true, our Club is international in all senses,- the % of foreign members is about 10%, and even in the Org-Team we have not Italians!!!
For the rest is OK, your Blog is interesting and I believe it's very useful for the ideas you support. If you'll decide to contact me/ us- it's easy you'll find the Contact-Us form HERE.
