Sean Carlos has shown me this article he wrote recently. I am reading it now, quite an interesting material, and also entertaining for me 'coz I hate flashing web sites (it's not a professional but personal/emotional position).

Information embedded in Flash is often invisible to search engines. Website reporting on Flash navigation is problematic and cumbersome. Flash breaks web usability standards. Lack of consistent cross platform support. Code embedding Flash objects doesn't pass w3c validation. Some users disable Flash to avoid flash based advertising.
