The waiting has finally come to an end! The brand new Plazes is now online and it comes not only with a new user interface, but tons of new features. We've kept and improved all the things you told us you like, and added a bunch of new stuff that we can't wait for you to try out!
Here's a quick run-down of what you can expect on the new Plazes:
Trazes:
In addition to telling your friends where you are, you can now also let them know what you are up to. See it happen in real time on our live map!
Past and Future Plazes:
Many of you have told us that you wished you could add cool locations you've been to in the past to your Plazes profile. Well, the new Plazes will let you do just that and more! In addition to adding past Plazes, you will also be able to let others know where you will be later today, tomorrow, next week or anytime in the future.
Plazes Groups:
And, dig this! The new Plazes comes with groups! Join or create a group around an event, activity, interest or anything you want, and subscribe to the group’s feed (we call it Channel) to receive updates about people and Plazes in that group. Now, just imagine all the fun things you can do with that!
These are just some of the highlights you will find on Plazes. With the new Plazes we've created a brand new experience for you and hope that you'll like it.
