German Xing buys Spanish Neurona: is it good or bad for the Italian market? Will Neurona.it become Xing.it? Viadeo- any reaction to expect?
Few hours ago today I was writing an article about that Viadeo Italia and Neurona Italia are the friends of Milan-IN through their Country Leaders, and we're waiting for Xing to come to Italy. ...Taking into account that we know quite for sure that LinkedIn is not gonna be here soon...
WoW, such a crazy world. And it's becoming always much interesting. I was asking today- where's Xing, where is Xing? and now I should probably ask- where Neurona will go? :)
Will Neurona still be Neurona or it will become Xing- OpenBC?
Why we're so much interested? It's just because it's very important for Milan-IN, the META Network for Off-line (real life) Networking, to know if here will be Xing in Italy or it will be presented directly through Neurona.it.
I was chatting today the whole day long (well, periodically :lol:) on Skype with my friends Silvia and Andrea, both really affected about this happening... and it seems that both of them are very happy about that happened: for Andrea/Viadeo there will be a great motivation to work harder and better :), and for Silvia/Neurona.it it's the next move, the new Team, the new objectives and for sure the new achievements!
Well, we will see it. Now I wish a good week-end to everyone :), to Viadeo Italia, to Neurona.it and to Xing- Kind of the day, also to its CEO Lars Hinrichs and the whole Xing Team- to which I say my honest BEST CONGRATULATIONS!
P.S. the important Questions are:
Who's the next to eat or to be eaten? :) (I'd bet on Viadeo and LinkedIn, I do not believe Germans would go to collaborate with French)
What there will be the reation of LinkedIn, the main competitor of Xing in the Business Networking sector? (apart from that we know LinkedIn is now intensively hiring)
and for sure, the MAIN QUESTION is: who's gonna be the first to REALLY bet on Off-line Networking (Club, Spirit, Emotions, etc.), like we do it in Milan-IN.

and there is another nice article, "XING acquista Neurona!!!", of my recent new social friend, Mr. AAA Copywriter(Alex Badalic), we met on Neurona during my promotional campaing of Milan-IN'e Event LaGrandeCena.
