Why Milan IN Members use the internal Forum so rarely?
Really, it's the first time when I met such a nice community: with a strong commitment, with several good ideas, with clear goals to achieve all together, with a huge need in communication... but the internal Forum is still remaining almost virgin ;)
Such a surprise: I found that MilanIN Profiles are not filled by the most Org-Team Members!
That's really nice... now I understand why it's not easy for the Club Members to understand why they should fill their profiles: it's because the Org-Team gives such a "great" example to the whole Club!!!
So I've pushed today everybody from the Org-Team to fill their profiles. I hope this will help us populating the nice feature we have...
