Actually Massimo works for Cisco, TLC Optical Platforms R&D as Senior Optical/HW/SW Validation Engineer, that means: · Track and manage the HW product validation activities on the new product release (#8 projects). Plan the resource needs, set priorities and deadlines to the activities, check the milestones & advance status. Change the plan based on results and project changes. Develop metrics & reporting schemes. Prepare documentation for Quality reviews. Reporting to Senior Management. · Synchronization Over Packet networks (do you know??) · Perform SW & HW testing on selected TLC features. In the past years Massimo received several Awards for his job activities in cisco like "Individual Achievement Award for outstanding performance on.... . We are pleased to have you as a member of our organization", or something like that!!! Massimo is a co-founder of MilanIN, Vice President, Manager Finance&Controlling team. Massimo is leading the Club-IN development in Italy.
